The Global CoE Business Process Operations team, part of the Premium Hub CoE within Customer Services & Delivery at SAP, is dedicated to developing the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub application. This application serves as a collaboration platform for customer service deliveries within the SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management ecosystem. With a user base of around 6000 internal users and over 7000 customers, the platform is continuously evolving to meet the needs of a rapidly growing community.
