Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner with SQL to lead and own the product backlog for one or more service assurance applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analyst skills, technical knowledge, and experience working with agile teams. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, define features, and prioritize user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Backlog Management: Lead and own the product backlog for service assurance applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

2. Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring smooth agile ceremonies.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define features.

4. Requirements Definition: Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear business value and technical feasibility.

5. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer and internal users, driving cross-functional initiatives and resolving delivery blockers.

6. Value Delivery: Ensure and validate value delivery post-project deployments/launches, continuously improving product delivery and agile maturity.

7. Business Requirements Analysis: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and system solution components.

8. System Demos and Retrospectives: Participate in system demos and retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement.

9. Technical Feasibility: Ensure technical feasibility of end solutions, collaborating with technical teams.

10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve product delivery and agile maturity.

Required Skills:

1. Business Analysis: Strong business analyst skills, with experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.

2.Intermediate SQL proficiency is required

3. SDLC and Agile: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.

4. Agile Team Experience: Experience working with agile teams in user story splitting, program increment planning, and sprint planning.

5. Self-Discipline and Motivation: Self-discipline, driven and motivated, team player, and collaboration champion .

Nice to Have:

1. Telecom Experience: Experience working in telecom, OSS/BSS, or service assurance domains.

2. System Integration: Familiarity with system integration, diagnostics, and inventory federation.

3. Lean Business Initiatives: Ability to translate lean business initiatives into clear technical requirements.

4. Agile Ceremonies: Experience with Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models).

5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrably strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
