Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with one of our key e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, driving product success by clearly articulating business needs and ensuring delivery of high-quality, valuable features. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements . Translate business needs into clear, concise, and prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria . Serve as the voice of the customer and stakeholders to ensure the development team fully understands the business context. Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines. Participate actively in product roadmap discussions , release planning, and prioritization sessions with the client. Facilitate and contribute to workshops, stakeholder meetings , and sprint planning sessions . Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA to ensure smooth and efficient product delivery. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather feedback for continuous product improvement. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role , preferably in the e-commerce domain . Strong experience in requirement elicitation , stakeholder management, and working in agile environments. Excellent ability to write detailed user stories , epics , and acceptance criteria . Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence , etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, marketing). Proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose scalable solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus). Nice to Have: Experience in B2C or B2B e-commerce platforms . Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Certification like CSPO, PSPO, CBAP or equivalent is a plus.
