Product Marketing Manager - I

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for owning the local maxima for your product and defining and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new launches and campaigns to drive growth. Your role will involve devising a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve overall business targets. Additionally, you will conduct market research, gather insights from customers, and optimize the product funnel in coordination with various teams. Being at the forefront of product innovation and customer insights will be crucial in shaping the product roadmap. You will also play a key role in enabling and training user-facing teams through the creation of collaterals, content, and demos. Key Responsibilities: - Own the local maxima for your product and define GTM strategies for new launches and campaigns - Devise go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams - Conduct market research, gather insights, and optimize the product funnel - Stay updated on customer voice, competitive landscape, and industry trends to drive product innovation - Enable and train Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with collaterals, content, and demos Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Strategy - Exposure to Fintech and SAAS technology products is a plus - Skills in navigating processes and experience in major industries preferred - Ability to interact with executive management and C-Suite executives - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Curiosity about metrics, execution processes, and macro trends - Ambitious with a focus on outcomes and ability to lead projects from conceptualization to execution,
