THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To manage innovative patented brand to achieve qualitative and quantitave objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS / DEVELOPMENTAL EXPERIENCES I.E. ALL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED TO FULFILL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS AND WHICH ENCOMPASS THE SPAN OF RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGED. IMPORTANT CHALLENGES TO GO THROUGH IN THIS ROLE AND WHICH ARE CRUCIAL TO BUILDING FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES. 1To prepare and implement marketing plan for assigned product portfolio 2To provide strategic direction & to create and execute product tactical plans aligned with strategy for assigned product portfolio 3To prepare communication material on product benefits to all the relevant stakeholders 4Monitor the progress of assigned portfolio on a monthly basis in line with the marketing plan 5Maintain key customer and opinion leader contact to maximize product performance 6To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales team and to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and therapeutic area 7To achieve secondary sales targets, grow market share and penetration for assigned portfolio 8Regular fieldwork with sales team, monitoring marketing / commercial plans JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES I.E.
