Job Description

As a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager at Delhivery in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of Transportation products to enhance logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, and developing solutions for managing logistics and operations in a low latency and cost-sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create the vision, define the product roadmaps, and own execution - Conduct competitor benchmarking and make data-driven decisions - Lead cross-functional teams in partnership with engineering and design - Manage and influence stakeholders at all levels Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA preferred - 2+ years of product management experience in technology products/supply chain organization - Strong communication and organization skills, ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize - Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, engage and influence senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, develop ideas independently, and drive them to completion - Domain knowledge of supply chain/logistics is preferable, but not mandatory,
