This JD isn’t full of jargon because your work won’t be either.

You’ll be creating smart tools that make other people’s work easier, and that starts by understanding them.

Your Mission:

To make SayaCare’s internal SaaS portal scalable, faster, and easier, so that every department can do their best work without friction.

What You’ll Do:

• Understand how teams work today: their needs, pain points, and logic behind their workflows.
• Turn feedback and research into

  clear and useful solutions,

  not just features.
• Create wireframes and logical flows
• Collaborate with the tech team to get those ideas executed smoothly.
• Ensure features are tested, useful, and solve actual problems.
• Support research and testing for our customer-facing apps, too.
• Use your basic understanding of

  APIs, databases, and platform security

  to make informed decisions.

Required:

• 1+ year in a Product role where you’ve worked closely with users and tech teams.
• Ability to observe, ask the right questions, and identify patterns.
• Logical thinking with

  a high sense of user empathy,

  you think beyond tasks.
• Experience with wireframing and user testing tools
• Great communication and the

  ability to translate needs into action

  .
• Comfort with Agile teams and iterative development.
