Product Manager-Retail Trade FX

The role requires you to be a Subject Market expert in FX & Trade. You will be responsible for creating a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) under the Liabilities product to oversee product and process development, as well as managing Channel Management. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Coordinating business activities by assisting in the development of the annual business plan within the Liabilities group. - Activating the forex product across branches in accordance with the plan. - Ensuring achievement of employee productivity targets as outlined in the plan. - Activating the forex product with the specified number of customers as per the plan. You will also be responsible for: - Defining and overseeing processes to deliver best-in-class customer service. - Serving as an advocate for the Forex product offering both internally and externally, collaborating closely with distribution/sales channels and key customers. Additionally, you will: - Conduct market research to enhance and launch products based on research outcomes. - Develop and execute a company-wide go-to-market plan, collaborating with all departments, including distribution/sales channels. - Ensure that the product program complies with necessary approvals from the Product Approval Committee. - Conduct Forex product trainings for launch, expansion, and capacity building. - Analyze potential partner relationships for Forex products. - Devise a comprehensive process roadmap for all Forex products. - Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and PPAC guidelines on the creation and sale of products and services. Your responsibilities will also involve: - Developing and executing competition and market share strategies for the Forex product line. - Keeping yourself and the team updated with the latest industry developments. - Tracking and ensuring completion of all allocated trainings for yourself and the team. - Tracking and ensuring completion of appraisals for yourself and the team. - Ensuring all channels are trained on Forex Product and Processes.,
