Product Manager - Owner - Cards and Payments - Manager

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner and possess a strong knowledge of clearing, settlement, and Dispute Management processes. Familiarity with switching and batch processes is advantageous. Your role will involve successfully leading multiple projects and change management initiatives in a fast-paced and complex environment, including collaboration with external third-party companies. You will be responsible for requirement elicitation, capture, and analysis, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other technical documentation. Ideal candidates will hold a BE/BTech+ MBA degree with at least 8 years of experience in client-facing consulting roles. You should have extensive expertise in database design and optimization on platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB. Additionally, you will be expected to provide innovative ideas to clients, exploring disruptive strategies that leverage new-age technologies like Blockchain and AI. In terms of behavioral attributes, you should be analytical, organized, and a team player who thrives in a multicultural business context. A strong delivery mindset, customer focus, commitment to results, and high-quality standards are essential. Effective communication skills, teamwork, and customer focus are also key to success in this role.
