As an early-stage startup, Nestology needs a product leader who is equally obsessed with parent insight, product quality, and execution speed.

Role overview

As Product Manager, you will define the product vision and roadmap, translate parent needs into clear requirements, and work closely with design, engineering, content, and operations to ship impactful features. You will be responsible for ensuring the product is intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful in parents daily lives.

Key responsibilities

?Deeply understand parents of 03 year olds through user interviews, data, and feedback to identify problems, needs, and opportunities.

?Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on impact, effort, and alignment with company goals.

?Translate insights and requirements into clear specs, user stories, flows, and success criteria for design and engineering.

?Work closely with design to craft simple, empathetic, and mobile-first user experiences for new and expecting parents.

?Partner with engineering to plan sprints, clarify requirements, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

?Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations on go-to-market plans, launches, and communication for new features or programs.

?Track product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion, feature usage, NPS/CSAT) and run experiments to improve them.

?Use both qualitative and quantitative inputs to continuously refine the product and retire low-performing features.

?Maintain alignment between founders, tech, design, and business teams on product priorities and timelines.

Requirements

?36 years of experience in product management for consumer or B2C products; experience with mobile apps, ed-tech, health-tech, or parenting products is a strong plus.

?Proven ability to take features from idea to launch: discovery, prioritization, specification, delivery, and iteration.

?Strong user-centric mindset with comfort in interviewing users, synthesizing insights, and turning them into product decisions.

?Good understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate closely with designers on wireframes and flows (you don't need to be a designer).

?Experience working with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints, and making trade-offs without losing sight of user value.

?Data-aware approach: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and using data to validate or refine hypotheses.

?Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to align multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

?Empathy for parents and caregivers and alignment with Nestology's mission and values.
