HIRING FOR PRODUCT MANAGER FOR HYDRAULIC INDUSTRY

Location: Chennai, India

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years

Salary Range: 40-50k per month

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 days

Role Overview

The Product Manager Pneumatics & Process Valves will be responsible for managing product selection, application

support, and customer engagement. This role requires strong technical expertise, ability to support sales teams, and

effective interaction with customers to drive order conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQ documents, prepare competitive quotations ensuring technical compliance.
• Provide application & technical support for pneumatic and process valves.
• Size & select products as per customer requirements and process parameters.
• Maintain updated cost data and ensure timely quotations.
• Follow up on proposals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Train and mentor sales engineers on pneumatic systems and valves.
• Stay updated with latest pneumatics & valve technologies and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in Pneumatics & Process Valves (Product Management, Application Engineering, or Sales

Engineering).

• Strong technical knowledge of pneumatics, valves & industrial automation applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Pneumatic or valve-specific certifications.

Key Competencies

• Strong product knowledge in pneumatics & valves.
• Ability to build and maintain customer trust.
• Understanding of industrial regions, customer base, and applications.
• Balance technical expertise with business outcomes.
