Product Manager Intern

Role & responsibilities :-

• Assist the product team in enhancing and streamlining the LOS platform.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for MSME lending and fintech solutions.
• Support in data analysis (SQL/Excel/BI tools) to identify operational gaps and propose improvements.
• Work on improving borrower journeys from application to loan disbursal.
• Contribute to partnership evaluations with financial institutions and fintech players.
• Track and report key metrics such as turnaround times (TAT), conversion rates, and adoption levels.
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines (RBI/NBFC norms) and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in product management, fintech, or lending.
• Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (bonus if youve used them in projects).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
