In this role at Amex GBT, you will be the expert for your products, combining industry analysis, end-user feedback, and development knowledge to contribute to the product vision and strategy. You will build and communicate a vision and roadmap for customer experiences related to approval set up during client onboarding, policies, attributes for management of business rules, recommend best practices, and enhance product capabilities based on evolving customer needs. Setting priorities, defining requirements, and collaborating with design and engineering to develop, deploy, measure, and refine new features will be key responsibilities.
