About The Role The Product Operations team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and user-facing departments to enable Ethos to deliver enhanced value to a wider range of users at a faster pace. As a Product Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with customer-facing teams, product management, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include establishing strong connections with user-facing teams, managing product feedback loops, and addressing product-related issues effectively. This role is highly cross-functional and will be instrumental in achieving our mission. Roles & Responsibilities - Advocate for product quality by addressing queries and feature requests from customer-facing teams, identifying and resolving product issues, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to rectify bugs. - Manage technical and product issues raised by customer-facing stakeholders and other users, serving as the primary point of contact between product/engineering teams and customer-facing departments. - Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to prioritize and address product-related challenges for future development sprints, utilizing analytical methods to estimate impacts. - Enhance product and engineering teams" understanding of customer usage patterns. - Contribute to enhancing engagement models between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. - Ensure operational team preparedness for new feature and customer experience launches. - Represent the voice of the customer in the development of new features and products, as well as in enhancing the existing customer experience. - Establish connections with subject matter experts across the organization to gain insights and foster alignment between teams for an improved customer experience. Qualifications And Skills - 3+ years of experience in operations, product management, or a similar analytical role. - Proficiency in Javascript, Java, or SQL with a minimum of 1 year of experience. - Blend of analytical mindset, technical skills, and business acumen with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership. - Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of how user experience shapes product direction and processes. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, showing initiative and resourcefulness. - Strong organizational skills and responsiveness in handling internal stakeholder requests. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages effectively to diverse stakeholders. - Experience in a high-growth technology company. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
