Product Manager, Google Maps Platform, Maps Intelligence

Role Overview: At Google, we prioritize our users" needs, and we are seeking a dynamic Product Manager who is adaptable and passionate about working on products that impact millions of individuals daily. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate across functions to shepherd products from concept to launch, bridging the gap between technical and business aspects. Your ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps will be crucial in driving product development forward. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on defining the product goal, strategy, and roadmap for the Maptrics developer reporting platform. - Understand the needs of the broader Geo makers team to identify and develop key insights tools and systems. - Define and implement policies and frameworks for leveraging insights to drive customer success. Promote awareness and utilization of Maptrics and insights internally and externally to enhance business outcomes. - Lead the cross-functional product development process from ideation to launch by overseeing the development of tools and enhancements. This involves creating PRDs, collaborating with UX/R/D, Eng, GTM, Legal, Privacy, and other teams. - Engage with partner teams across Geo and Google to integrate new capabilities into Map Intelligence and products, including Gen-AI capabilities and supporting new data. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in product management. - Experience driving product goal, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, design discussions, and sales strategy. - Experience launching Cloud services, API products, and developing business intelligence products and tools. - Experience in software development and working on Geospatial products. - Experience collaborating across teams in complex organizational setups, particularly on ecosystems and marketplace products. - Experience in working on developer products at scale. - Excellent organizational leadership, investigative, communication, and negotiation skills.,
