Product manager (Flow Cytometry)

As a Flow Cytometry Product Manager at our company, your role will involve leading PAN India operations for our flow cytometry instruments and reagents. You will collaborate closely with regional sales managers to drive business growth, support the field team with product expertise, engage directly with customers, and ensure successful adoption of our solutions across India. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with regional managers to achieve sales targets for flow cytometry products. - Conduct presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with biopharma, academic, and clinical customers. - Train sales teams and distributors on product features, applications, and competitive positioning. - Identify new opportunities, key accounts, and tender prospects across India for market development. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, and purchasing bodies. - Track sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activity for refining business plans. - Collaborate closely with marketing, applications, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualification Required: - MSc/MTech in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in technical sales / product support in life sciences. - Hands-on knowledge of flow cytometry instruments, reagents, or applications. - Experience in handling PAN India customer accounts is a plus.
