Role Overview: As a Fintech Product Manager at OneStack, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the development of cutting-edge fintech products. Your contribution will aid in transforming Bharat Banks into digital banks, enabling them to digitize, retain customers, grow CASA deposits, and provide modern financial services to underserved populations. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and manage the product development process. - Assist in defining product requirements, creating user stories, and maintaining the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of releases and feature enhancements. - Create process flows for financial products and translate them into features. - Define problems, design solutions, and validate them. - Translate customer needs into engineering requirements effectively. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with certification in Product Development. - 2+ years of experience in Financial Services/Fintech product development. - Hands-on experience in financial product lifecycle management. - Knowledge of cooperative banking or credit societies is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into features. - Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate to enhance product features and user experience. - Monitor product metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify optimization opportunities. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
