Product Manager - Fintech

The role of Fintech Product Manager at OneStack in Gurgaon, India, is a pivotal position within the Fintech/Neobanking industry with a mission to digitally transform Bharat Banks into modern financial institutions. OneStack, as a Technical Service Provider (TSP), specializes in building core digital infrastructure for cooperative and rural banks to enable digitization, customer retention, growth in CASA deposits, and provision of contemporary financial services to underserved populations. As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development and management of cutting-edge fintech products. Working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams, you will play a crucial role in prioritizing and overseeing the product development process. Your tasks will include defining product requirements, creating user stories, maintaining the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of product releases and feature enhancements, and transforming process flows for financial products into tangible features. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with certification in Product Development, along with at least 2 years of experience in Financial Services/Fintech product development. Hands-on experience in managing the financial product lifecycle, knowledge of cooperative banking or credit societies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams are essential qualifications.
