Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to define, manage, and execute a comprehensive product roadmap. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with client and user requirements, business strategy, and emerging market trends. You should have a proven track record in driving product strategy and execution to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, gathering and analyzing business and user requirements to drive product direction and development. - Continuously improve product features based on feedback and data-driven insights to enhance the user experience (UX). - Manage cross-functional teams to drive development, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. - Stay updated on the latest AI/ML/RPA/Gen AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and apply them where relevant to drive innovation. - Work closely with Product Marketing to feature platforms and new features in various channels. - Position comparative product features on user-review sites like G2, Capterra, etc. Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in product management, with exposure to creating web and mobile interfaces for AI/Gen AI/Automation based products. - Proven track record of managing B2B products from ideation to launch and scaling. - Experience in product feature prioritization frameworks, especially those measuring the commercial impact of feature sets being developed. - Strong experience in writing BRDs/FRDs and defining technical and functional requirements. - Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Prior knowledge of AI and Gen AI tools/frameworks is preferred. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology is also preferred.,
