IJP - Product Lead - Co-brand Partnership

Job Description

We are looking for a proven product lead to own the end to end partnership and P&L of co-brand credit card partner. The role demands strong knowledge of asset business P&L, digital acquisition, on boarding journeys and relationship management. Understanding of cards business will be plus point.

Key Requirements-

1. Manage End-to- End Relationship with the Partner:

• Ensure complete co-ordination, management and execution of the partnership. The candidate will be responsible for both BAU and deepening of the partnership

2. P&L Management:

• Candidate will be responsible for driving the profitability of the program including driving x-sell opportunities

3. Acquisition delivery:

• Being the ultimate P&L owner of the program, the candidate is expected to ensure budgeted volumes are tracked, delivered and reported for the program.

Job Requirement

1. Self-motivated and go-getter ensuring end to end management of relationship across the partnership hierarchy
2. Good understanding of payment & asset P&L
3. MBA with 6+ years experience
4. Leadership skills to manage and work with cross functional teams
5. Ability to liaise internally & influence cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
6. Strong problem solving skills and ability to own tasks end to end
