Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle

  from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure — ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

• Bridge business and technology

  by translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Design) to define scope, allocate resources, and set clear priorities.
  
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
  
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead for international engagements, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication.
  
• Ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, cloud security standards, and scalability best practices.
  
• Champion process improvements in project management, delivery methodologies, and documentation.
  
• Technical CompetenciesThe candidate is expected to have a

  strong technical background

  with the ability to understand, challenge, and guide engineering decisions. Familiarity with the following areas is highly valued:

• Web application technologies

  : PHP, Node, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, middleware, Microservices,

• Cloud & Infrastructure

  : AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, security protocols (SSL, SSO etc).

• Enterprise platforms & integrations

  : Odoo, QuickBooks, EDI, Rest APIs, Webservices, middleware systems.

• Mobile & multi-platform

  : iOS and Android app lifecycle and integrations.

• Programming fluency

  : Practical knowledge of software architecture and capability of validating the estimates
• While hands-on coding is not required,

  a background as a developer, technical lead, or solution architect is highly desirable

  . The candidate must be able to engage in technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and build trust with engineering teams.
• Skills & Qualifications
  
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proven track record managing

  large-scale, complex SaaS/web application projects

  .
• Experience working with

  international clients and cross-cultural teams

  .
• Hands-on familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar).
  
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Background in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Architecture.
