Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Product Management

Manage
product portfolio
(mix, phasing in/out of SKUs).
Conduct
competition mapping
to benchmark features, pricing, and positioning.
Support
ATL & BTL communication teams
with product literature, training, and campaigns.
Collaborate with
regional/field teams
for better product understanding and competition insights.

2. Innovation Management

Analyze
consumer & channel needs
for the product.
Conduct
usage & attitude (U&A) studies
and behavior analysis.
Perform
quantitative & qualitative research
to assess market potential for new products.
Drive
product innovation projects
, new launches, and influencer engagement programs.
Monitor
new product performance
and contribution to total net sales.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) is an added advantage.
Experience:
3-9 years of experience in
Product Management, Innovation, or Marketing
within consumer durables, appliances, or related industries.
