You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products to the market, balancing strategic planning with operational execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to align team objectives and strategies. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of product management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product and Market Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. - Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
