Job Description

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Develop products by analyzing market research and client or advisor insights, aligning on the vision, and executing. Collaborate with the Investment Management team, Technology teams, Design, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and others. Manage a team to translate business needs into product strategy and technology requirements in and agile framework. Actively manage the product backlog and continuously account for emerging priorities. Ensure high-quality user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to develop and communicate product roadmaps. Represent Product Team in client engagements. Drive and prepare ROI driven business cases. Define and develop customer journeys. Stay close to industry trends and apply innovative concepts to the product as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree required. Experience in product management or business technology. Strong understanding of financial services and investment management. Ability to extrapolate business needs given a problem statement and a base understanding of the capabilities of available technologies. Top notch analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated self-starter, with a focus on execution. Demonstrated ability to build consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience with launching major new products, ideally in a commercial setting. Basic knowledge of product marketing concepts. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Passionate about solving customer problems.
