- Acquire deep technical understanding of air compressor products and contribute to improvement in product serviceability and service time to become best-in-class.
- Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) from aftermarket teams globally and the distributors to understand their stated needs and unstated wants, enabling product roadmap and initiation requirements from service and user experience aspects.
- Develop specialized knowledge in compressor control systems (native and master controllers) and contribute to future-proofing the products.
- Analyze engineering changes and prepare service bulletins for global aftermarket stakeholders. Prepare SOPs where necessary for field service teams.
- Acquire knowledge in industry best practices when it comes to aftermarket technical processes and systems used.
Provide training on new and existing products on service aspects to the relevant aftermarket stakeholders globally.
