Product Lifecycle Management Expert - HVDC

Job Description: As a part of the Product Management organization at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for supporting the product owners in defining the feature structure and product setup for HVDC projects. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of product structures in the Product Life Cycle Management system (PLM). Key Responsibilities: - Support Product Owners in defining and implementing feature sets and product structure in the PLM system (Teamcenter). - Analyze business needs and processes of the PLM system with stakeholders to accelerate its implementation in the HVDC business. - Work with different functions to develop the best strategy for implementing critical inputs into the PLM system. - Act as a knowledge base for wider teams during the implementation process. - Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, providing progress updates and escalating roadblocks to success. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering preferred. - Previous experience in implementing product structures in PLM systems. - Expertise in Teamcenter PLM System. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multicultural backgrounds. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Technical attitude and passion for quality. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
