Product Lead

As a Product Lead with 8-12 years of strong experience in software projects/products, your role will involve taking part in product design, development, and integration testing. You will be responsible for capturing and modeling requirements, preferably using use cases. Task allocation to team members and describing solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also estimate hours on tasks, sometimes in consultation with developers. Leading a team of 6-10 developers/senior developers, you will be expected to conduct code reviews and coordinate with the QA team. Source code and version maintenance will also be under your purview. Working closely with the Product Sales & Support Team for related improvements, enhancements, and fixes in the platform will be essential. Your job skills should include a strong knowledge of requirement analysis and software design, along with extensive experience in PHP programming. Proficiency in MVC architecture, especially in the Yii 1/2 framework, is preferred. You should have a deep understanding and experience with RDBMS and MySQL, as well as confidence in dealing with complex SQL queries. Experience with REST APIs, XML, and JSON, as well as a good grasp of HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery, will be crucial. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team to deliver quality products within the scheduled timeframe are essential. You should be capable of handling time-critical scenarios under pressure and managing issue tracking and version management effectively. Additionally, having working knowledge of Linux will be advantageous, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS and React will be a plus. Continuous learning and application of new tools, frameworks, and programming languages are encouraged in this role.,
