Product Launch Manager

As a Product Marketing & Research Manager, you will be responsible for leading product strategy, market research, and go-to-market execution for our electronics product line. Your role will involve conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will work closely with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and develop go-to-market strategies. Crafting product messaging and positioning for both B2B and B2C audiences will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be creating marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional content while analyzing campaign performance and product adoption metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and support is essential to ensure brand consistency across all product communications. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) along with 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or market research in the electronics industry. A strong understanding of electronics products, lifecycles, and customer behavior is required. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and survey platforms is expected, in addition to excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Preferred skills for this role include experience with consumer electronics, IoT, or electronic components, familiarity with agile product development and UX research, knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing platforms, and the ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
