Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Intern who is hands-on, curious, and ready to give 100% to understanding and shaping how products are designed, developed, and delivered. You will work closely with our product and operations teams to help bring impactful products to life — from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product research, competitor analysis, and market mapping
• Support the product lifecycle from idea validation to rollout and feedback gathering
• Coordinate with farmers, customers, and operations teams to understand needs and ensure alignment
• Document product features, process flows, and user feedback
• Work on continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing data
• Translate local market needs into product insights — Kannada, Hindi, and English communication is essential
• Collaborate with design, tech, and supply chain teams to deliver practical solutions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Agriculture, Product Management, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English
• Comfortable talking to end users (farmers/customers) and gathering feedback
• Curious mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute
• Good with documentation, presentations, and basic data tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Ready to commit full energy and time — we expect 100% dedication
