Product Integration Engineer

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of our products using modern tools, APIs, and integration platforms.

What Youll Do

• Design and implement integration solutions between our products and customer systems using

  Java

  or

  Python

  .
• Develop and maintain integration flows using middleware or iPaaS platforms such as

  MuleSoft

  ,

  Dell Boomi

  ,

  Workato

  ,

  Apache Camel

  , or similar.
• Configure APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines to support automated and secure data exchange.
  
• Assist with customer onboarding by providing technical support, guidance, and documentation.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs, workflows, and environments.
  
• Document integration designs, configuration details, and best practices.
  
• Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
  
• Contribute to internal tools, templates, and reusable integration components to improve delivery efficiency.
  

What Youve Done (Qualifications)

Technical Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in software development or integration engineering.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Java

  or

  Python

  .
• Proven experience integrating systems via

  RESTful APIs

  , webhooks, and message queues.
• Familiar with at least one integration platform or middleware tool such as:
  

• MuleSoft

  ,

  Dell Boomi

  ,

  Workato

  ,

  Tray.io

  ,

  Apache Camel

  ,

  WSO2

  ,

  Talend

  ,

  Zapier

  , etc.
• Experience with tools like

  Postman

  ,

  Swagger

  , and

  Insomnia

  for API testing.
• Proficient in working with data formats such as

  JSON

  ,

  XML

  , and

  YAML

  .
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and DevOps tools is a plus.
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical requirements.
  
• Comfortable working directly with customers in technical discussions and issue resolution.
  
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple integration projects or customers simultaneously.
