Product Innovation & Solution Expert (Workday)

Role Overview: As an experienced HRIS professional, you will be responsible for utilizing your proven expertise in Workday and strong integration skills, preferably with SnapLogic or a similar platform. Your understanding and experience in Enterprise/Solution architecture methodologies will play a crucial role in this position. Additionally, your familiarity with developing using Agile Methodology and enterprise integration tools will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your working knowledge of cloud technologies to source data from SaaS or Cloud-based applications, specifically Workday - Collaborate effectively with remote development teams, both on and off-shore - Share ideas clearly with the HRIS team, technical resources, and vendor support - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an innovation mindset, and the ability to analyze and develop processes effectively - Quickly adopt new technologies and train others as needed - Execute projects involving multiple teams with supervision, requiring a proactive approach - Evaluate, research, and present new ideas to contribute to continuous improvement - Utilize consultative, facilitation, and consensus-building skills to drive success in this role - Support analytic business solutions by working with data effectively - Be willing to work during off hours/days when necessary Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations and web services - Proficiency in various integration methods such as REST, JSON, SOAP, and XML Additional Company Details: N/A,
