Product Head Micro LAP

Role Overview: You will be joining a leading NBFC specializing in digital personal loans and micro LAP (brick and mortar) as a Product Head Micro LAP based in Gurugram. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing product strategies, conducting market research, managing the product lifecycle, and analyzing product performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and effective communication of the product vision and progress will be a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute product strategies for the micro LAP segment - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges - Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond - Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate effectively with teams to align product goals with business objectives - Present product vision and progress updates to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong background in Product Strategy and Product Management within the NBFC/HFC sector - Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market research - Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations - Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, product, or credit specifically in the micro LAP/affordable Home Loans segment ,
