Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define & drive vision for Connected Cockpit aligned to business goals
Promote technologies like HPC-C, AR-HUD, V2X
Ensure ISO 26262 & cybersecurity compliance

Technology & Product Innovation

Lead development of IVI, HMI, RSE, instrument clusters
Oversee AR-HUD, CDC, SOTA/FOTA & connected car ecosystems
Drive seamless integration of mechatronics & software systems

Operational Excellence

Lead cross-functional teams for project execution
Manage budget, timelines & resource planning
Streamline delivery systems & quality benchmarks

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

Liaison with global suppliers and internal teams
Ensure alignment on tech roadmap, delivery & quality

Team Leadership

Mentor 150+ member team across engineering & program functions
Build capability in digital cockpit technologies

Technical Expertise:

HPC-C, AR-HUD, CDC, IVI, V2X
Cybersecurity, ISO 26262, HMI, OTA updates
Strong knowledge in cockpit architecture & software integration
