Product Finance

As a member of the Reward Finance and Accounting team, your role involves providing accounting and finance support for the Reward Function within the Human Capital Management Division. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects related to Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility. This includes overseeing benefits such as healthcare, life/disability insurance, retirement expenses, and wellness programs. Additionally, you will manage the services required for employee relocation for international and domestic assignments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in month-end accounting close activities - Analyzing P&L variances - Supporting balance sheet substantiation - Contributing to budgeting processes - Assisting with employee relocation compensation reporting - Validating invoices against firm policies and vendor contract terms The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or CA Inter (IPC) - At least 5 years of work experience in relevant finance and accounting roles - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel - Strong understanding of finance and metrics management - Highly developed analytical and process management skills - Excellent communication abilities Your contributions as a member of the Reward Finance and Accounting team will be crucial in ensuring proper financial management and invoicing processes for the Reward Function.
