Product Executive (Marketing) Required in Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

1. To follow up of approval letter of all activity (OPD campaign, CME, GP Meet)
2. To Input Preparation and dispatch of all activity
3. To provide support to the Sales Manager for preparing the Marketing Plan for the whole year including communication strategies for the allotted product/s
4. To develop and implement promotional strategy by identifying methods of promotions
5. To proactively participate new product launch in conjunction with other departments like Medical, Production, QC, Finance and others to preparing the local market plan
6. To co-ordinate pre and post launch market research
7. To prepare and monitor the budget for the product(s) by maintaining close checks and control for expenditure related to the products
8. To Maintain effective contact with medical professionals, retailers, wholesalers and the field force so as to obtain and assess feedback on the product range. To meet minimum 100 doctors and 40 to 50 retailers per month through Field Work
9. To monitor competitor activities (incl. market prices of competitors) and propose suggestions to exploit any market opportunities
10. To co-ordinate activities related to the product range, e.g. mailing, sampling, production of materials, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

1. BAMS Graduate

   OR

   B. Pharma Graduates from recognized university.
2. 1 - 3 years experience in Pharma Marketing , preferably from ethical marketing background.
3. Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Hindi Language.
4. Hands - on experience in launching and executing marketing campaigns, conducting promotional events, training sessions and CMEs.
5. hands - on experience in creating promotional materials, negotiating best rates from vendors, dealers etc.
6. Basic knowledge of Ayurved principles and Ayurved Market (PAN India)
7. Good network of Doctors (Ayurved Physicians) and Retailers.
8. Ready to travel extensively PAN India and interact with Vaidya fraternity.
