- To drive specialty portfolio sales in allotted segment Gyn/IVF, Onco, Auto-immunity, Allergy

- Field force on job product training.

- Key Account Management.

- Plan & support doctor connect events & campaigns.

- Competitor analysis & market research to identify newer market trends & opportunities.

- Monitor Product performance & strategies improvement.

- Prepare monthly reports on product performance, marketing ROI, client feedback.
