As a Product Executive at ANYFLY DMC, you will play a crucial role in handling destination-related queries, creating competitive travel packages, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality travel experiences for our clients. Your deep understanding of destination knowledge, cost management, and itinerary planning will be essential in delivering expert support to our travel partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle all B2B queries and provide accurate quotations tailored to client requirements. - Prepare customized itineraries, costings, and travel proposals for destinations like Bali, Vietnam, and other expanding markets. - Stay updated on product knowledge, including hotels, sightseeing options, transfers, and local experiences. - Negotiate and collaborate with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and services. - Efficiently manage bookings, confirmations, and operational follow-ups. - Ensure high accuracy in costing sheets, vouchers, and travel documents. - Provide support to sales and marketing teams by offering destination insights and content inputs. - Analyze competitor pricing and recommend new product ideas or packages. - Maintain client satisfaction through prompt responses and professional communication. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in a DMC, tour operations, or travel company. - Strong knowledge of Bali and Vietnam destinations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
