Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Design and create scientific promotional materials for MRs (Medical Representatives)
• Analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic planning
• Monitor competitor products and adjust marketing efforts accordingly
• Ensure profitability and sustained growth of assigned products
• Coordinate with the sales team to execute marketing plans
• Plan and support the launch of new pharmaceutical products
• Conduct product training sessions for Medical Representatives (MRs)
• Collaborate with the Group Product Manager for planning and reporting
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends and advancements

Desired profile of the candidate

The incumbent should be a, Msc, Bsc (Life Science) having flair for marketing with relevant experience up to 2 years as a medical representative, age below 26 years. Freshers may also apply.

Level of designation (Managerial/Non-Managerial) –Managerial

Compensation Offered: Rs. 30,000/- P.M.

Reporting to: Group Product Manager

Location of posting: Delhi H.O.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
