Product Enhancement Group- MS&T

Role Overview: You will be an important member of the Product Enhancement Group within the Global Technical Operations function, specifically focusing on products across multiple manufacturing sites for various markets including the USA and Europe. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Perform risk assessments for new product launches and ongoing commercial products, and propose mitigation actions in consultation with cross-functional teams. - Review and assess process capability to identify batches contributing to poor capability index, and communicate early risks to relevant heads. - Identify and recommend additional in-process tests on the shop floor to prevent out-of-specification results. - Conduct detailed assessments of historical data to identify improvement areas, including validation reports, product quality reports, market complaints, deviations, and batch manufacturing records. - Prepare and review risk assessment reports for validation batches of new products. - Lead project teams by optimizing resources, setting internal milestones, and ensuring timely completion. - Facilitate cross-functional discussions and alignment building among stakeholders, including senior management. - Obtain sign-off from stakeholders and commit to project delivery timelines. - Develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with Project Management Executives to highlight risks and ensure timely project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or related disciplines. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical operations or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. - Strong understanding of risk assessment, process capability, and project management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
