Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of full stack engineers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software products using FullStack technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Python, django, angular and React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product development.
Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members.
Develop and implement DevOps practices using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms.
Participate in architectural decisions related to microservices architecture and message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

Desired Candidate Profile

14-16 years of experience in leading full stack engineering teams with expertise in FullStack (java/python/react/angular).
Experience in developing software products
Expertise in building both web and mobile applications
Hands-on experience in java and python
