Product Engineer

You will be part of a global banking technology company, Temenos, that is dedicated to improving banking experiences for billions of individuals and businesses worldwide. Your role will involve providing efficient and timely assistance to customers, addressing a range of inquiries, concerns, and issues by taking full ownership of each case from start to finish. Working closely with the Customer Support team, you will collaborate to ensure swift, efficient, and consistent resolutions for customers. Opportunities in this role include analyzing client requirements, collaborating with internal teams for software design, conducting unit tests, deploying applications, debugging code, enhancing existing software, and documenting software processes while identifying root causes of issues. Your responsibilities will also involve comprehensive documentation, including defect analysis, root cause elaboration, and proposing resolutions. Key technical skills required for this role include writing clean and scalable code using .Net with at least 6 years of experience, API coding in C# and VB.net, developing and updating web applications using ASP.net and MVC, and having knowledge of MS SQL server.
