Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development activities on

  SAP BTP

  , with 5+ years of experience and a minimum of 23 full-cycle BTP implementations.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of custom applicationsfrom

  design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

  —on SAP BTP.
• Ensure adherence to

  coding standards

  , architectural guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Design, develop, and enhance

  SAP UI5 front-end applications

  , ensuring high standards for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Integrate SAP UI5 applications with SAP backend systems using

  OData or equivalent services

  , ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data flow.
• Develop and implement a complete

  integration strategy

  for connecting custom applications with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouses, and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across UI, integration, and backend layers to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in code reviews and design discussions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in

  SAP BTP

  (minimum 5 years) with hands-on Cloud Foundry or Neo experience.
• Proficient in

  SAP UI5

  development, including MVC architecture and UI5 controls.
• Expert-level understanding of

  HTML5, CSS3

  , and front-end performance optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities across both UI frontend and backend connectivity layers.
  
• Experience with

  SAP Business Application Studio

  SAP Web IDE

  , and Git-based version control systems.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP UI5 applications with SAP backend using
