Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom application development, from design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize app performance, usability, and maintain high standards for front-end development.
Integrate UI5 apps with SAP back-end using OData or similar services, ensuring seamless data flow.
