Description
As the Integration Consultant reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technology and Integration Services, you will be involved in various client-facing projects focused on enabling SaaS onboarding. Your primary responsibility will be serving as the technical expert for SaaS onboarding, advocating Zafin integration paradigms and best practices on multiple cloud platforms. You will leverage your communication, technical, and organizational skills to guide SaaS projects from initiation to launch. Additionally, you will represent client interests internally to enhance processes, products, documentation, and delivery experiences by collaborating with senior technical leaders on the client side and aligning them with solution approaches. Your role will also involve engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across project goals and delivery targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the requirements and design of backend systems thoroughly. - Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Project Managers, Architects, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams across various locations. - Preparing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) with a focus on integration and interface modules. - Conducting code reviews, evaluating project documentation, and proactively addressing issues that may impact timelines. - Enforcing quality and coding standards within the development team. - Reporting deliverables to managers, contributing to knowledge bases, and process improvements. - Adhering to company standards and guidelines, assigning tasks to the development team, and conducting model-level effort estimation. - Driving performance engineering, tuning, and architecting scalable backend systems. - Collaborating on the design and optimization of RESTful APIs and Kafka-based streaming architectures. - Ensuring system performance, scalability, and security for real-time data streaming and integration processes. To succeed in this role, you must have: Must Have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of backend development experience, including lead experience. - Strong database knowledge and expertise in writing complex queries across various databases. - Experience with Application Servers like JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic. - Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and modern backend frameworks. - Hands-on experience with REST-based APIs, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures. - Strong understanding of API security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Experience with development and testing tools like Eclipse, Maven, Sonar, and JUnit. - Familiarity with real-time data processing pipelines and web technologies. - Knowledge of OOAD, UML, and agile development methodologies. - Ability to work in diverse environments and deliver in enterprise settings. - Domain knowledge in banking and financial institutions is advantageous.
