Description
As a Senior Integration Consultant at Zafin, reporting to the Senior Vice President, your main responsibility will involve working on multiple client-facing projects to enable SaaS onboarding. You will be the technical go-to person for SaaS onboarding and a thought leader on Zafin integration paradigms and best practices across multiple cloud platforms. Your role will require utilizing your communication, technical, and organizational skills to take a SaaS project from initiation to go-live. You will also represent client interests internally to enhance processes, products, documentation, and delivery experiences. Additionally, you will interact with senior technical leadership on the client-side, present solution approaches, and align various project goals and delivery targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact and collaborate with customers and partners to define the integration landscape. - Define the logical sequence of integration activities for a SaaS onboarding project. - Coordinate with the product development team to implement recommended integration strategies. - Improve overall project delivery experience and go-live time by enhancing processes and documentation. - Support cloud infrastructure and system components required for integration. - Lead the identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of issues within a client environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Worked on at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project. - 4 to 6 years of application and data integration experience. - Experience with clustering and high availability configurations. - Agile experience. - Designed an end-to-end scalable microservices-based integration solution. - Broad exposure to different technology stacks involved in a SaaS delivery model. - Strong knowledge and experience with various integration concepts and tools. - Proficiency in API design and API-based integration. - Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP public cloud platforms and their integration approaches. - Experience with integration frameworks used by SaaS. - Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to effectively articulate complex technical and functional requirements to different stakeholders. - Self-starter with a willingness to be involved in all aspects of solution delivery. - Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment is a plus. - Strong delivery experience with geographically distributed delivery and client teams is a plus. - Knowledge and hands-on experience with setting up and configuring Kafka brokers is a plus.
