Product Engineer - Fullstack

As a Product Engineer - Fullstack at our company, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to develop end-to-end features that have a direct impact on our customers. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams, working on frontend, backend, and deployment aspects to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with core business teams to transform business requirements into functional features. - Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend. - Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, including database design, API development, UI/UX implementation, and deployment. - Implement best practices in UI/UX development to create user-friendly experiences. - Utilize modern AI-powered coding agents/tools like Claude Code and Cursor to expedite development processes. - Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices, testing, and documentation. - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and collaborate across functions. - Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to enhance product and engineering workflows. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in ReactJS with knowledge of hooks, state management, and component-driven design. - Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud deployment on AWS. - Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. - Ability to independently own features and deliver them with minimal supervision. - Understanding of UX and UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles. - Strong problem-solving skills, product-oriented mindset, and a user-first approach.
