Product Director - Digital Communications Alerts Platform

As a Product Director in Digital Communications within Consumer & Community Banking, you will be responsible for leading innovation through the development of customer-centric products and features that enhance customer experience. Your role will involve overseeing the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets. You will play a key role in driving continuous innovation, fostering a culture of problem-solving, and ensuring the seamless delivery of end-to-end customer journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets - Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development - Coach and mentor the product team on best practices and enable them to effectively deliver on objectives - Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives - Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation - Manage alerts management platform and ensure stability of the end-customer experience - Define and execute product strategy to transform the platform into a simple, sustainable, and scalable modernized platform - Partner effectively with Design and other Product partners to deliver a re-imagined digital CX for managing alerts preferences - Drive teams performance for flawless execution of the roadmap, identifying potential roadblocks and helping solve issues **Qualifications Required:** - Years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications - Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics - Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities - Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions - Familiarity with large-scale platform products and processing complex data - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to distill large amounts of information into high-level summaries - Familiarity with LRCC considerations relevant in financial services and a controls-oriented mindset - Experience with agile product development techniques, design thinking, and continuous integration philosophies This job requires a candidate who is a strong problem solver, clear communicator, and team player with experience in managing highly complex operational-critical platforms.,
