Product Development/Innovation Manager - Textile

As an Innovation Manager, your role will involve leading product development and fostering creative innovation in the Boys and Men textile segment. You will need to harness both your creative flair and analytical skills to bring ideas from concept to market. Collaborating closely with management, designers, and production teams will be crucial to deliver commercially viable products in line with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative product ideas, overseeing the entire process from concept to market launch - Drive creativity by exploring new designs, fabrics, and processes, all while maintaining cost efficiency - Forecast demand, optimize fabric usage, and strike a balance between innovation and practicality - Provide leadership and guidance to designers, merchandisers, and production teams to achieve the established goals - Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Postgraduation in Textiles, Fashion Technology, or a related field - 5 to 8 years of experience in textile innovation, fashion design, or product development, with a preference for Boys and Men segment expertise - Profound understanding of fabrics, garment production, and industry processes - Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities - Mumbai based textile industry experience would be advantageous This job is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the Mumbai location.,
