As an Innovation Manager, you will play a vital role in leading product development and creative innovation within the Boys and Men textile segment. Your expertise in both creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in bringing ideas from concept to market. Working closely with management, designers, and production teams, you will be instrumental in delivering commercially viable products that align with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative product ideas, overseeing the entire process from concept to market launch. - Drive creativity in design, fabrics, and processes, ensuring a balance between innovation and cost efficiency. - Forecast demand, optimize fabric usage, and maintain a practical approach to innovation. - Provide leadership and guidance to designers, merchandisers, and production teams to achieve set goals. - Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Textiles, Fashion Technology, or a related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience in textile innovation, fashion design, or product development, preferably in the Boys and Men segment. - Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment production, and industry processes. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Candidates with experience in the Mumbai-based textile industry are preferred.
