Product Development - Knits

As a Product Manager at our company, your primary role will involve managing the category to ensure overall growth and develop strategies to maximize the category's contribution to the brand. You will be responsible for finalizing MRP and COGS to achieve the desired category's multiple. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deciding MRPs and option plan numbers with channels such as EBO, MBO, LFR, KA, DS, etc. - Closing option plan numbers and plotting fabric vs styling for the entire range. - Finalizing sourcing strategies with the sourcing team, including proposals on garment vendors and mills. - Ensuring on-time execution of SS & AW Tradeshow, assisting with design indents releases, and facilitating channel partners in Tradeshow buying. - Collaborating with the Design Team to develop new products suitable for the brand. - Conducting market trend analysis by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Fabric Sourcing, Garment Sourcing, and Quality Control to decide on qualified vendors, mills, and quality parameters. Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Degree from NIFT or other Fashion Institute - B.F.Tech/M.F.Tech/M.F.M/B.Tech in Textile - Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Knits - Proficiency in Knits Fabric knowledge and costing - Interest in driving Product Development in coordination with the Design Team - Experience in Category Management or Product Development - Preferred experience in Knits category in Indian Menswear Brands Preferred Skills: - Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Applications Join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our brand as a Product Manager.,
